Snowdonia
We have been escaping to mid Wales for years and made up to 14 or so visits a year, always staying at the same wonderful place high on the mountains on the south side of the Mawdach estuary and yet almost every time we go we see something different or go somewhere we have never been before.
It really is a most beautiful part of the world and offers fantastic walking, cycling, scenery and wildlife. Over the years we have walked and cycled many hundreds of miles over ancient tracks, remote mountain tops, narrow roads, old railway routes and open uplands as well as on the beaches. We have seen many different species of birds, wildlife and flowers.
